Hello Greenie!

So happy in Romania!

After seeing some lambs, rabbits and other animals painted by the students on the walls of the hallways, Greenie said he missed playing out. So, the second graders invited him out. They all had lots of fun!

March, 11th, 2013 Greenie first came to our school. He was given a friendly welcome by Luminita, the headmaster.

The first grade students took Greenie on a tour of the school where he was introduced to the youngest students in our school, aged six.

Greenie made lots of friends. 

Here is one of his new best  friends. He was even invited to visit her at her house where he had lots of fun. They talked about their families, their hobbies and their favourite games. They realised they had lots of things in common. 

Greenie attended an English class where he learned about pets and lots of other interesting and useful things.

Greenie told everybody about his interest in art and the students in the first grade invited him to prove his talent to them. They all drew pictures for the Easter Bunny. At the end of the lesson they all agreed that Greenie is a great artist.

Greenie taught the children in our school the Slovenian card game that they brought to Bucharest after the meeting in Pyrgos.
